Kanika Kapoor slammed all the allegations made against her earlier in the day when she released a statement which revealed that no one from the UK, Mumbai or Lucknow, who she had met have any symptoms of coronavirus and all have tested negative.
Now, she took to Instagram once again to share a glimpse of herself enjoying 'a warm cup of tea' with parents at her Lucknow home to slam all reports of her missing from home. Meanwhile, in the statement which she released earlier, she stated that "I stayed quiet not because I am wrong but in fact being fully aware that there have been misunderstandings and wrong exchange of information."

Furthermore, she even stated "On the 14th and 15th March, I attended a friend's lunch and dinner. There was no party hosted by me and I was in absolute normal health. I was giving time for the truth to prevail and for people to reach their own realisation. Negativity thrown at a person does not change the reality."

While an FIR is also filed against the 'Baby Doll' singer for negligence, online reports suggest that she would be interrogated once she is done with her quarantine period at home.
